Our Story
Built by Engineers Who Were Tired of Compromises
Maxxiom was founded to solve a problem the off-grid market kept ignoring: systems that looked good on a spec sheet but could not cope with real Australian conditions, or supply the documentation a government buyer needs before it goes on site.
Led by Technical Director James Bliss, our team engineers every system around field performance first. We build on Victron power electronics and long-life lithium batteries, assemble in-house at our Crestmead facility south of Brisbane, and support each system with our own technicians. The result is a modular platform that scales from a single tiny home to a ten-unit remote community deployment.

Proven in the Field
Real Deployments, Not Just Data Sheets
On an 18-month civil construction project our Dash solar trailer removed the site’s dependence on generator fuel, quietly and with no refuelling runs, cutting both the running cost and the emissions that came with it.
For the Langarra community on Howard Island in the Northern Territory, we delivered ten modular Blue Heeler systems instead of one large centralised plant. That meant no cranes or barges, delivery under budget, and no single point of failure, because servicing one unit never leaves the community without power.
