1. Definitions

“Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or organisation purchasing products or services from us.

“Products” refers to solar, battery, off-grid, electrical, or related equipment supplied by us.

“Services” refers to installation, consultation, design, support, or other work performed by us.

“Agreement” refers to these Terms together with any quote, invoice, or written contract.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change due to supplier increases, currency fluctuations, or unexpected costs.
  • GST is applied in accordance with Australian tax law.
  • Acceptance of a quote constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received or a written purchase order is issued.
  • Payment terms are specified on the invoice or quote.
  • Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to supply chain or logistical factors.
  • Risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.
  • Installation services (if applicable) must comply with site access, safety requirements, and any pre-installation conditions.
  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen installation complexities.

5. Warranties

  • Products are covered by manufacturer warranties as provided with the equipment.
  • Maxxiom Power Solutions Australia provides workmanship warranties for installation services where applicable.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and sufficient detail.
  • Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, or damage caused by external factors.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • Custom-built or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
  • Cancellations may incur restocking or administrative fees.
  • Refunds are processed once returned goods are inspected and approved.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the Products or Services supplied.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from installation delays, third-party actions, or Customer misuse.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes rights guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for quotes, orders, and installations.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, permits, and approvals.
  • Use Products in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, documentation, and materials provided by Maxxiom Power Solutions Australia remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with us, you consent to your information being used for:

  • Order processing
  • Customer support
  • Marketing and promotional communications
  • Market research (including potential sale or sharing of anonymised data)

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party contractors, suppliers, or service providers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, defects, or issues arising from third-party actions beyond our control.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
